A booking is confirmed after an advance of 25%–50% of the total cost. The balance is due before or at vehicle dispatch.
Cancel more than 48 hours before the trip for a full refund (excluding transaction fees), 24–48 hours for 50%, and within 24 hours or no-show for no refund.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
